As this is a nutraceutical product, which works gradually and naturally within the body, we offer a 60-Day Conditional Satisfaction Guarantee, valid only under the terms described below.

✅ Refund Eligibility

You may request a refund only if the following conditions are met:

  • The request must be made within 60 calendar days from the purchase date.
  • The product must be unopened, unused, and returned in its original packaging in resellable condition.
  • Opened or partially used products are not eligible for a full refund, except in cases of proven manufacturing defect or contamination.
  • As this is a natural supplement that may take time to show results, refund requests based on results perceived within less than 50 days of continuous use will not be accepted.
  • If the product was used for between 40 to 50 days or more and you believe it did not meet your expectations, you may request a partial refund, which will be evaluated by our support team.
  • We may request photos of the product, proof of use, and/or a detailed description of how the product was used according to the instructions.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of our error (e.g., wrong or damaged product).


🚫 Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • The request was made after 60 days from the date of delivery.
